What Is It?
Customer Is Wrong is a website that is very much akin to TextsFromLastNight.com. It is a website where service industry employees can vent their frustrations by sharing their horror stories from their work experiences.
What Did We Do?
The site is built off of a clone script of TextsFromLastNight. We customized the script to fit the theme of the content and are continuing to develop more options for it, as the site is still in Beta mode. We also created and manage the website’s social media entities on Facebook and Twitter. The website is completely user intuitive and features user login and profile customization, automated submission forms, the ability to sync the submissions to Twitter or Facebook, the ability to track your favorite submissions, and more.
