What Is It?
“Conjunction Dave” works in marketing, and he specializes in conjunctions. He creates words to describe products that no one would ever have the brains to come up with. He’s smart and he knows it, and your brain is inferior whether you like it or not. He’s so smart he can come up with one for Amazon.com in like… no time. He’s an unstoppable machine. “Unstoppable” is a word he invented that combines “Unstable” and “Poppable”
What Did We Do?
“Conjunction Dave” was our entry into Amazon.com ‘s “Your Amazon Ad” commercial competition, where they put out an open call to Amazon.com customers to create their own commercials for the company. Our entry was one of 50 finalist selected (out of hundreds) for Amazon.com shoppers to vote on. We ultimately lost to what would become Amazon’s Kindle Ad Campaign, you know… the one with the stop motion? Yeah, needless to say that one was pretty good, but we were honored that Amazon recognized ours as good enough to be considered for this competition.
