What Is It?

“The Napkin” is a commercial we developed for a Cholula Ad competition that was sponsored on the website Poptent.

What We Did?

The concept of the commercial is a man finishes his food having used Cholula on it.  When he finishes wiping his face he realized the napkin still has Cholula on it, so he decides he needs to eat that as well.  In mid chew of the napkin he has a stare down with the woman on the Cholula bottle as he feels ashamed of what he’s doing, so he spins it around so she doesn’t have to watch him indulge in his napkin.

• Shot on a Canon EOS 7D with a Canon 50mm f/1.8, Tamron 10-24mm Wide Angle, and a Sigma 30mm f/1.4 lens
• Edited in Final Cut Pro with Adobe After Effects CS5
